Luxury apartment in the best location valley wide with great dining and groceries at AJS right across the street. Love my unit with Mountain View’s, gas appliances, and over 1100sqft for a 1 bed! Amenities are fantastic including the huuge hot tub & resort style cabanas. Leasing staff was super communicative upon moving in shoutout to Bradley. Have had maintenance fix water heater & garbage disposal both request were handled same day maintenance (José) is super friendly and knows what he’s doing! Thanks Lincoln.

Hey friends I will give you best opinion do not sign to this apartment ever the worst apartment that live ever in my life ‼️‼️‼️‼️ The gate every week broken Someone broke in to my trailer and stole stuff also every day you will have a problem⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ The minute that you will let them you leave the office will turn on you and not be nice any more ‼️‼️‼️‼️

I have lived here for 3 years. My daughter searched many properties throughout Scottsdale and found this location for me. I am very fortunate to be here. The location in Scottsdale is perfect! The staff is great and Matt the manager does an excellent job and is always helpful! I appreciate that he is always looking out for the residents!

They don’t manage the property well. Things fall apart and lights go out. Nothing is ever fixed. We have planters with no plants, a door with no handle and so many lights that haven’t been replaced in ages. Some of the timed lights don’t come on or come on at weird hours. The leaf blowers every Monday morning at 5am are as annoying as they are a nuisance blowing dust all over everyone’s cars and patios. The location is great but so many improvements are needed to make this a decent property and to call it luxury is a joke when everything is truly faux luxury. Also there are no security cameras or lights near the entrances. The Ramada has no lights and the misters don’t work, nor do the TV’s.

I lived there for 2yrs. I did not renew, it went up a lot. The area is wonderful and full of great restaurants within walking distance, and the pool is one of the nicest around. It is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. There is no communication between leasing staff. You leave messages with no return call. Although they try and help, somewhere along the line they forget about it. Too much gossip, where everyone knows your business. The apartment was clean and kept nice. The outside not so much. It seemed to go downhill since when I first moved in. Look around before you decide.

My experience at The Lincoln Scottsdale has been top notch. Matt Brown and the rest of the staff are always very helpful and are quick to respond to my inquiries. Maintenance crew is very nice and are very responsive when there is something that you need. If you are looking for a great place to live with an amazing staff then The Lincoln Scottsdale is the place for you.

Don’t recommend. “Luxury living at the Lincoln” is definitely not luxurious. When we moved in the place was not cleaned. Under all the sinks and in all the drawers there was massive product stains and my shower had black marks on the floor. Maintenance requests never get done or you have to submit it 6 times before they even answer you. On an emergency call for our AC going out in the middle of summer I was ignored and then told the next day that they got my call and ignored it because it wasn’t important enough and wasn’t reported when they had come in earlier to do an apartment inspection. I wasn’t home I was at work during their inspection. Rude customer service and they nickel and dime you on everything. The blinds were slightly bent when we moved in and I didn’t mention it on the report because I didn’t think it was an issue and had reported every scratch in the place. We got charged for it on moving out even though we did a walk through inspection prior and we’re told everything looked great and we would get our full deposit back. Pool was closed down for over 3 months for maintenance when they said it would only be 6-8 weeks. Pool and area looked identical to how it looked before they shut it down for 3 months even though they promised un upgraded pool and spa and said we would love the new amenities 🧐 over all disappointed. I know apartments don’t really care about tenants because renting is in such high demand with the current housing market but I’ve rented several other places and never had these kind of issues
